This website, magmabliss.com, is operated by M. M. MENEGUSSE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as MagmaBliss ("MagmaBliss", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products

Our orgonite pyramids and crystal jewelry are made from resin, metals and natural stones. Colors, patterns and stone placement vary from piece to piece, and product photos may differ slightly from the item you receive. Sizes are listed on each product page (our pyramid measures approximately 60 mm / 2.36 in).

3. Spiritual and decorative use

Our products are sold for spiritual, meditative and decorative purposes. The descriptions of crystal and orgonite properties on this site reflect traditional and metaphysical beliefs. They are not medical claims. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. Individual experiences vary.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, offers and bundles at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud, in which case we'll issue a full refund.

5. Shipping, refunds and guarantee

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Digital products

Digital guides such as The Obsidian Codex are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, resold or redistributed.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to MagmaBliss or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

8. Reviews and submissions

By submitting a review, photo or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
