Refund policy
The MagmaBliss Harmony Guarantee
We want you to feel the difference in your space. Every order is covered by our money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered:
- 30 days for single Obsidian Pyramid orders
- 60 days for Buy 1 Get 1 orders (2 pyramids)
- 90 days for The MagmaBliss Kit
How to request a refund
Email support@magmabliss.com with your order number and a short note. You don't need to ship anything back. We may ask you for a photo of the item. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
What's covered
- The product price of your order.
- Shipping and Priority Processing fees are non-refundable, except when an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Free digital gifts, such as The Obsidian Codex, are not refundable separately.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.
Protection Renewal
If your order includes Protection Renewal and your Obsidian & Amethyst Bracelet breaks within 12 months of delivery, email us a photo of the broken bracelet. We'll send you a new one and you only cover a flat $5.95 shipping fee.
Cancellations
To cancel, email us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been sent to fulfillment it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by the guarantee above.
Before you dispute a charge
Please contact us first. We resolve almost every request within one business day, and it's much faster than a bank dispute.
